Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the services at 6baji. Registration and betting or gaming by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

6baji reserves the right to verify age at any time. If verification fails or underage use is established, the account will be suspended or closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must register your account with accurate and complete personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is explicitly prohibited.
• You are playing for yourself and for your own entertainment — betting or gaming on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
• Using the services from countries or regions where online betting is legally prohibited is not permitted.

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited into your 6baji account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can also be made through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or other scheduled banks.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (by any method).
• Deposits must be made entirely from your own funds.
• Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected by any method, 6baji reserves the right to block that deposit.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method as the deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 7).
• We are required to ensure that deposits and withdrawals are made from and to the same source.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6baji:

• Fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative activities.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in systems or software.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorized tools.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person.
• Intentional misuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

Consequences of Violations

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, 6baji may take one or more of the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of all bonuses and bonus winnings in the account.
• Non-refund of the original deposit in cases of fraudulent activity.
• Legal action in accordance with applicable law.

VIP Membership Rules

6baji has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular and active membership. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6baji uses SSL encryption to keep your information secure.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared to comply with legal obligations or upon instruction from relevant authorities.

Even after an account is closed, your information may be retained for a defined period as required by law.

6baji's Limitation of Liability

6baji always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, 6baji is not liable for losses arising from the following:

• Internet disconnection or technical failures beyond our control.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Losses due to unauthorized use of an account.
• Temporary service interruptions during system maintenance.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen circumstances.

Account Closure Rules

Closure by the member: You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Closure by 6baji: 6baji reserves the right to close an account without prior notice for breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Whether any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is refunded in such cases will be decided at 6baji's discretion.

Inactive accounts: An administrative fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
